Hi, my name is Lisa, and I would like to welcome you to my store. First, I would like to tell you a little about myself. I am a born and raised Texas country girl, been married to my husband and best friend for more than 40 years, we have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. I love the country air, the ability to walk outside at night and see the stars, watch fireflies, and listen to nature.
My younger years were spent at my grandmother's flower shop where I first found a love of playing with the many tools of ribbon although I still cannot make a good bow. I learned to embroidery by hand while in elementary school and through the years I learned new crafts like knitting, crocheting, sewing, and whatever new fad came along. I spent many years sewing in a commercial environment which only fueled my love of all things involving thread, string or yarns.
Bringing images to life with the vast array of thread colors, thread types, and techniques is truly a satisfying experience. I enjoy taking a plain canvas and watching it come to life right before my eyes. I would love to have the opportunity to bring your canvas (whatever that might be) to life.
