Welcome! My name is Lexie and I am 33, a Christian, a self-taught Organic Skincare Formulator, a wife, and a stay-at-home mother of two daughters under 5. I also help my brother run his plumbing business as much as I can. The calling to formulate and sell my own skincare products came to me out of nowhere in Spring of 2023, and my goal is to further my cosmetic education by attending a Diploma program in Organic Skincare Formulation in 2024 and have a successful Indie beauty brand.
After a lifelong personal challenge with allergies to commercial skin and haircare products, and a complicated skin and hair profile, it was actually the suffering of my children that inspired many of my seedling products, such as, Bite & Itch, Rosebutt and Achillea Heal. Bad bug bites, bad rashes, and allergies to Neosporin/adhesives with little to no relief were the drive I needed. I finally have a skincare routine that works after giving up searching so many years ago! I wish I could share my creams and lotions with you RIGHT NOW, but I feel like I should undergo more formal stability testing before I can launch my favorite skincare line for sensitive, combination, allergy and acne prone skin.
Long story short, the products worked so well that we all fell in love with them, so we decided to open up LEXIE IN THE RAW to share these amazing formulations with you. I decided to change our lives through all-natural and organic formulation, and we hope it will change yours, too!
