Welcome to my shop. At age 66 I stepped into the "retirement" world looking forward to a lifelong dream that never really went away. After working on the North Slope of Alaska and being a part- time firefighter, I gathered a variety of painting mediums and began to do art drawings.
My wife and I moved to the Texas Hill Country area where the area provides me with a wide spectrum of locations to paint and tell a story. My art is inspired by nature, nostalgic settings of days gone by of family, memories of my grandfather's farm and of course, Alaskan landscapes. Art opens a world of many genres.
My art is most satisfying to me when an art piece brings inspiration, a smile, comfort and/or delight to a customer. This is who I am.
