Hi, I’m Heather, the maker behind Pop Of Pretty Designs! Several years ago my grandma gave me a necklace to go with this particular favorite outfit. I decided to look for coordinating earrings to go with it, but couldn’t find anything that quite fit it. I had this picture in my head…and it didn’t exist in any store…so I decided to try my hand at creating my own earrings to go with that necklace. I found the perfect beads, crafted the perfect earrings (which I still have), and the rest is history! Today I make jewelry in my home in small town southern Indiana. My personal style has been very eclectic, so it’s been interesting watching my boho-minimalist design aesthetic emerge over time. I tend to enjoy the creating process the most. It can get pretty messy! Sometimes I start with a picture in my head, like I did with that very first pair of earrings. But often, I look at my stones and beads and see what jumps out at me that day, and go from there. As 2024 got underway, I decided to focus on my diffuser lava jewelry.
