I have always loved paper. And books. And boxes. And anything else that I could combine paper with to make a new something. I started exploring making books and boxes in design school. A few years later, I became interested in beads and began to design and create unique “charms.” I applied these beaded charms to handmade cards, frames and scrapbooks. After an overwhelming response from friends and family, I started to sell my creations in stores across the U.S.
Once I became pregnant with my first child, I began to search for the perfect baby book. Frustrated when I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, I designed my own. My blank scrapbooks evolved into baby memory books with printed pages so I could keep track of my little one’s first year. The variety of books and charms I was creating began to grow, and eventually I had a whole line of books to offer.
