Creating Cozy Art That's Sentimental to Daydreamers
In our dreams, we find what we value the most. Whether they be freedom to go wherever we want, longing to be with a particular person, or seeking peaceful rest with the silence our inner world creates, when we dream (asleep or not), we are comforted by themes, images, and symbols that make us whole and allow us to reevaluate who or what we cherish in this life.
In my shop, I am sharing my dreams with you. I'm sharing my culture, which impacts the way my daydreams form. I'm sharing the symbols and themes that make up the little details in my night dreams. Overall, I am sharing with you art that, at its core, conveys common emotions, sayings, and images that you, yourself, may confront in your own daydreams.
My name is Rachael. I am an indigenous artist (Akimel O'odham) from Arizona. I run the Etsy Shop known as Rachael Anra, where I transfer my art onto a variety of products so that you, a daydreamer walking on Earth, can find something that has familiarity either through emotions pouring through the art, exact situations you have found yourself in, or in the symbols you find yourself loving too (Such as stars or birds).
