Greetings! I’m Sabrina Alexander, a pyrography and graphite artist based in St. Louis, Missouri. Unchecked Arts began as an outlet for the creative exploration of the ways humans and nature impact each other. Changes from an urban lifestyle to rural and back again reflect a desire for new experiences and varied perspectives that is often reflected in the art. The use of traditional methods stems from an attachment to the transformative nature of taking things slow. Each piece is drawn by hand and therefore unique.

I purchased a holiday ornament from this shop and am really pleased with what I received. The fine detail that went into the cardinal bird and Christmas wreath is amazing, and the neutral tones from the woodburning look beautiful with the rest of my home's decor. This is a wonderful shop to find unique pieces of art!

Carol talked got to know exactly what I wanted. Her work is beautiful and she was very professional. I will definitely order again. The blue jay is great a very low prices for the work she puts in her work.
