Growing up in a small town in Ohio, Ken worked for his father building custom homes. During this time, he developed a profound understanding and appreciation for every aspect of carpentry.
In 1976, Ken and his wife (Sally) moved to Littleton, Colorado where they raised their two wonderful children. In 1985, Ken became a real estate broker and started his own successful real estate business, retiring in 2016. Ken also loves playing acoustic guitar and when he is not in the work shop, you'll find him performing at various venues as a solo artist in the Denver metro area. He also co-produces a monthly acoustic concert series, helping to showcase & promote various local talented musicians.
Ken's deep-seated love for carpentry was the inspiration that moved him to create Ken's Custom Woodworks. Our passion is to create custom, heirloom-quality home decor and furniture that our clients will cherish for generations to come. Each piece is thoughtfully made with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. We work with our clients to bring their vision to life, using locally sourced materials to create a truly unique piece.
