I have always worked in high stress jobs. I decided I need to find a outlet for my artistic side, I took a fused glass glass and immediately became hooked. I bought my first kiln within a month, cleared out an area we were using for storage and created an art studio. I love the colors and feel of glass. Glass can also be unpredictable! Opening the kiln to me is always like opening a present on Christmas morning. I still work my high stress job but when I go into my glass studio I can relax and play and create.
