Welcome to my shop. I'm a new seller here (joined January 2025) and happy you found me.
I'm a diagnosed neurodivergent creator born, raised, and living in Northern California. I've been beading for over 30 years and doing ceramics for over 25. I also dabble in many other arts and crafts mediums but I always come back to beading and ceramics.
One year, while on vacation with my family my mother gave me a beginners beading kit and a book on beading. I literally threw the book across the room and taught myself. This was long before YouTube existed. I've been beading ever since. Building on my skills and trying new things as I go. And now that YouTube does exist I enjoy finding new types of projects to try. Most of my patterns are my own but I use many well know beading techniques. Over the years I have given away much of my work as gifts to friends and family and I've sold my work here and there when I can. But I've never sold as anything more than a hobbyist.
In high school I began taking ceramics for the first time. I was in love immediately. I don't usually sell my larger ceramic work online due to the challenges of shipping such fragile work. That may change in the future but it's unlikely. I specialize in functional ceramics making bowls and cups and other such things. But, on occasion, I do enjoy making smaller things like pendants, incense holders and ring dishes.
