My journey into cardmaking began in 2016 with a simple, heartfelt decision: to craft a handmade card for an 80th birthday celebration at our church. Though I had dabbled in scrapbooking, cardmaking was a new adventure—and that first project sparked an enduring love for creating meaningful, shareable pieces of art.
What started as a personal hobby quickly blossomed. Friends and community members began requesting custom cards, each one unique and filled with love. With their encouragement, I began offering my designs for sale, and it’s been such a joy ever since. Each card I create is thoughtfully made with someone in mind—transforming a simple greeting into a cherished keepsake.
As a disabled stay-at-home wife of 29 years, and proud mom to two grown daughters, a wonderful son-in-law, and two beautiful grandchildren, this creative path has brought purpose and connection into my life. Through cardmaking, I’ve found a way to share love, joy, and care—and to help others do the same through the cards they give.
