Hi! I'm Meredith, owner and maker at Bluebird Scent Shop. I am a mom, wife, book nerd, fragrance lover, and mental health advocate.
I love the creative process involved with crafting, any type of crafting really, but my heart has always pulled me towards aromatherapy crafts. I've always felt that there is something magical about fragrance. Fragrances can transport you to another place and time, energize you or help you to relax, and be beneficial for your mental health.
I started out making candles 18 years ago and added bath & body products to my repertoire soon after because I couldn't find products that I felt were safe and effective for my family and me. I dove head first into researching different ingredients, started testing recipes and fragrances, and decided that I could make my own products that were healthier and more beneficial than anything that I could buy from a big box store.
I am very picky about the ingredients that I use in my products. My family and I use the same handcrafted products in our home and I think we deserve the best! I would never offer you any less.
