If I could give 10 stars, I would! First of all, the earrings are beautiful and I love them. But more than that, the customer service was excellent. The post office temporarily lost the package, and before I had even noticed she sent me a message to let me know she was tracking my package and wanted to check in with me! My package did finally arrive, but the post office had completely destroyed the box (the post office even left me a note apologizing that they had lost and subsequently damaged my package). But, she had packaged the earrings so well that they were still perfect, despite the outer box being destroyed! She kept in contact with me throughout the process to make sure my earrings arrived perfectly, which they did thanks to the care she had taken to package them well during shipping!! I love these earrings!
