I first learned how to crochet from a lovely lady when I was 7. I saw her working working on an afghan and was absolutely fascinated watching her creation come to life row by row. I fell in love with yarn and quickly learned out to knit as well through classes at my local Rec center. I loved to make small crafts but this was before the days of online patterns and free tutorials online, so there weren't many resources for me to learn from and expand my skill. I left crochet behind for a long time until 2020. Sitting at home for most of the year made me look back into hobbies I hadn't explored in a long time, like it did for most of us. I ordered a set of crochet hooks and some basic yarn off Amazon and my love was immediately reignited. I have been crocheting at any moment I can ever since.
