Meet the Maker

Hello, My name is Karen Krall. I am a wife and a mother of a college student. I also have multiple fur babies who take care of me as much if not more than I take care of them. When I was younger my father and I created various items together in our garage and anytime I build something it brings those special memories back to me. I recently started working with a laser engraver/cutter to expand what I am able to do. Each piece is special to me as I sand, paint, assemble and finish everything in my home. I do not have anything in stock and make your item when you place your order. Know that it is made with you in mind!

Shop Policies

-PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOM ITEMS: Because our products are created just for you soon after you complete your purchase, please allow 5-7 business days for your item to ship.

-ACCEPTING FRONT-OF-THE-LINE SHIPPING: Need your order by a certain date? Though we do not currently offer shipping upgrades, we WILL do our best to ship your order out quickly for you if it is needed in a hurry. We cannot make a “definite guarantee” that your order will arrive by the deadline needed- but we will bump your order to the front of our processing. Please indicate in the “Notes to Seller” section at checkout:

We may need to message you if we do not believe we can accommodate your deadline. This message will also automatically be forwarded to the email used for your account but may be filtered into spam. *Please Note: Front-of-the-line shipping is not available during our busy seasons, such as Holiday-Time. International orders may take additional time to pass through customs, so please understand that we are not responsible for the speed in which your order travels once it leaves our hands.

-NO RUSH-ORDERS ON CERTAIN ITEMS: Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately can not offer Rush Shipping on the Family Tree. In order prepare the wood correctly, this items processing time is 14 days and can not be rushed.

SHIPPING DELAY SWIPES: -If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via private message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution such as a refund your order or recreate the item and reship your order. We will also contact the postal service to locate your order. IF AN ORDER IS MARKED “UNDELIVERABLE because your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to us. Once we receive your return order, we will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a reshipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

TRACKING ORDER SWIPES: To track your shipped order, we will email the tracking information to the email that was used when creating the order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know.

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON NON-CUSTOM ITEMS: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personalized or custom orders. These orders cannot be resold, therefore, we ask that you please contact us with any questions before making a purchase.

-WRONG ITEM OR INCORRECT CUSTOMIZATION: We are human and mistakes can happen, so when we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect, please don’t hesitate to let us know within 30 days so that we can fix your order ASAP.

IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED AND INSURANCE WAS INCLUDED: If for any reason your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the package and damaged item within 30 days of its arrival. Your purchase includes insurance, so photos are needed in order to assess the damage and file a claim. Once we assess the damage to your package, we will contact you to see if you would like a refund for your order, replace your order, or exchange your order.
