SHIPPING: Please allow up to three business days to process ready to ship items Unless purchased on Fridays, the weekend or holidays, then ships the next business day. Items are shipped via USPS, either Ground Shipping or Priority Mail with tracking number. Shipping is in the United States ONLY. Delivery time starts when the package is handed off to the post office.  

REFUNDS/RETURNS: are on a case by case basis, don't hesitate to contact me if your order fails to meet your expectations. Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery, after I receive Item I will reimburse money. and do my best to resolve any issues. 

 SHIPPING DELAY:

All postal delays are out of my control, I cannot give refunds for delays caused by USPS. There are many reasons for delays, weather, travel, etc. I can only estimate not GUARANTEE  the time it will take to arrive - this applies to ground shipping & priority. For this reason please place your order in advance if needed for a specific date.

DAMAGED ITEM: I make, package and ship every order myself. I take care and inspect each item before mailing. Each order also has CARE INSTRUCTIONS included in packaging. Damage caused by the customer will not be considered a reason for a return. 

ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN PICTURE: I do my best to provide customers with the most accurate photographs and descriptions of fabrics and products, however, please allow for some variations due to the color displays of different monitors.

CANCELLATIONS: I will gladly accept cancellations within 6 hours of purchase if the order has not been shipped out. Once an item has shipped, a return transaction will have to be done at the customers expense.

Care Instructions Blankets and T-shirts: 

Blankets are made with 100% acrylic yarn, Please wash in cold water mild detergent and tumble dry on low-medium heat.

T-Shirts are 100% pre-shrunk cotton, I use Gildan and Rabbit Skin shirts. The design is made from HTV ( heat transfer vinyl) Wash inside out in cold water mild detergent NO BLEACH, tumble dry low-medium heat or hang dry. DO NOT IRON on top of design. Remember they are made with vinyl and will melt and make a mess of your iron. If ironing is a must cover design with parchment paper and iron with low- medium heat, NO STEAM

HOW ARE PRODUCTS MADE:

Blankets are crochet with various brands of yarn, all are 100% acrylic. After the blanket is completed , they are washed and softened , 

       T-shirts are made with various brands of T-shirts which are 100% cotton and pre-shrunk.

         Designs are made with HTV ( heat transfer vinyl ) a Cricut cutting machine and then a heat press 

1. Designs are created in a design program

2. Once design is created vinyl is placed on at mat and put into the cutting machine

3. After cutting is done the design needs to be weeded, which is the removal of vinyl that is not part of the design

4. T-shirt is then ironed to remove any moisture in the shirt 

5. Shirt is placed on the heat press aligned evenly so the design can be placed in the right spot

6. Place design on shirt and press for the appropriate temperature and time depending on the type of vinyl that I am using    

7. Let cool and remove transfer sheet 

8. Some designs are layered and have to be done one layer at a time  

            I Didn't Get My Package, Can I Get A Refund?

If you didn't get the package but the post office marked it as delivered, you need to contact the post office to see where the delivery was left. They have GPS on their scanners and are able to see exactly what address the package was delivered to. If they made a mistake they will have to help you get the package back. If the package was delivered to your address, they won't be able to help you. 

In cases where a package was delivered to your address but you can't find it, I am unable to refund. You should file a stolen mail report with the post office and your local police so that they can track cases and see if there are patterns of mail theft. Please contact me if this is your situation so that I know what's going on!

If the package wasn't delivered and the tracking doesn't show that it was received, please contact me and I'll arrange a solution.

Please take post office shipping time estimates into account. The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and while I ship everything as quickly as I can I have no control over the date that a package will arrive. Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office I have very little control over the information I can get from them. If you have a problem with a delivery please check with your local post office since they'll have the most updated information.

Please follow these steps when a package shows as delivered but is not in your possession:

• Wait at least two extra business days from the time the USPS website states that the package was delivered. There have been instances of USPS marking packages as delivered and they show up a couple of days later.

• If it was delivered to your physical address, please check with all members of your household to assure that someone else did not fetch the package from the mailbox.

• Check with all close neighbors to see if the package was accidentally left in their mailbox.

• Contact your local USPS office (the one that delivers your mail) and ask for the GPS location of where the package was delivered. Do not call the 800 number - look up the actual post office location number.

• If your package is still not found, please call your local police and file a police report for mail theft. Please then email a copy of this report to me at cookiescreations2024@gmail.com
