Two Dreams by Jm
Juana is a lifelong seamstress, a mother of two, and the founder of Two Dreams by JM. Originally from Jalisco, Mexico, Juana now lives in beautiful Santa Rosa, California with her husband Mark and her two daughters Isabella and Grace.

Every bag is handcrafted in Juana’s home workshop and the “JM” on each bag is her personal seal of approval!
Our Story
When Juana was young, her great-grandmother would wrap her with a piece of fabric to get an idea of how to make her a dress. She never used a tape measure or made a pattern for any garment she made. She taught Juana how to use a sewing machine to assemble garments, sparking Juana’s lifelong passion for sewing.
Later, as an adult, Juana was diagnosed with cancer. Although she won her battle, she was told that she could never become pregnant. But soon afterward, a miracle happened, and Juana and her husband were blessed with two children: their two dreams and the inspiration behind the company.
Juana became a full-time mother, staying at home with her two little girls. It was a wonderful experience watching her children grow. But as an entrepreneur at heart, she missed some of her independence. She decided to follow her passion to sew.
Juana began Two Dreams as a hobby making handmade bags for friends. Now, her one-of-a-kind items are being sent all over the world!
For Juana, being able to stay at home with her children while living out her passion for sewing is everything she dreamed of. Juana still thinks about what her great-grandmother told her:
“There is nothing wrong with dreaming big. Maybe you’ll get half of your goals, dreams, or ambitions that you had. You just need to be persistent”.

Shop Policies
Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at juanadereed@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at juanadereed@gmail.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at juanareed@ymail.com.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges.
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the product in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges: We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at juanareed@ymail.com and send your item to the indicated direction.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
Gift cards.
Custom and personalized with name or initials products.
Some health and personal care items.
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
