Simple clean lines and silver color make this fun piece easy to wear with anything, anywhere. Instantly make it custom and personal by adding a tiny design, or a bead and little initial or name tags alongside! Makes a nice gift! Message me if you would like more info/pictures - and if you would like me to add a tiny star, heart(s), rose, pawprint, or a flower to your initial - note it in the personalization box!
ABOUT THIS PIECE:
- SIZE: Pendant is petite and classy - 5/8ths inch. Chain - you choose 18 or 20 inches, this also looks great on a tiny ball chain (upgrade - message me - it's +$2) or satellite (+$) chain!
- METAL COLOR: Silver
- MATERIALS: Tag is Alkeme - an aluminum alloy that looks and feels (wt.) like silver - but doesn't tarnish. Chains and findings are stainless steel.
- PROCESSING TIME: For items that don't need further personalization, they are usually placed in the mail by the next day. For items that are being customized, it will vary - but I can usually get them in the mail within 48-72hrs. If timing is critical, please make sure to talk to me about that before you place your order : )
- SHIPPING TIME: depends on the shipping method you choose, how far away from AZ you are, and how fast the carriers are moving at that time! If the item is a gift, we can save a little time by sending it directly to the recipient, if you do not need to present them with it yourself.
All of my items are handcrafted! Each letter, each design is carefully hand struck by me. All of my pieces are lovingly hand finished. I love what I do! : )
•••PERSONALIZATION INSTRUCTIONS•••
In the personalization box, please tell me:
1. What letter would you like me to stamp?
2. Did you want a design stamped with it? I have some others (message me!) - but most popular are in 6th picture as a sample. Please tell me either no design, or which design you would like.
3. Check your messages after ordering - I usually respond within a few hours to custom orders, to conform details.
4. If you are interested in adding tiny tags, birthstone charms, and/or beads to further personalize it, send me a message - when we have a design I will send you a custom order listing : ) Tiny tags and fancy beads are usually $1-3.
•••A FEW MORE DETAILS:
❤️ Because of the nature of the different metals, font and design stamps, I cannot always stamp on both sides of a piece (think front and back). Please inquire via messaging if you're interested, and we will figure it out : ) Most things I can make work, if we plan it.
❤️ Because I am allergic to many metals (and other things), I am pretty careful about selecting hypoallergenic materials. I especially avoid nickel. That said, every body reacts differently to every thing, and while I've had no problems, I can't make a sweeping guarantee (nor can anyone else metalcrafting!) I'm also careful to buy lead and heavy metal free components!

❤️ Photos are CLOSEUPS to show detail. I usually include some pictures with common items in them to help show scale! Feel free to ask for more.

Each piece I make is unique - even my "stock" designs - just one facet of the beauty of handmade! I work happy - my pieces are infused with good vibes and joy.
* Please ask any questions you may have before ordering.
* Jewelry is relatively fragile and has small pieces, so I do not recommend they be worn by young children.
* Always remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping to protect finishes.
* I include cleaning/polishing/touchup instructions with each piece. Do not use jewelry cleaners or ultrasonics - they will remove the darkening or color in your designs.
* I ship daily throughout the week! Custom orders may take a few days to get finished and shipped - if you are in a rush (last minute gifts - my fav), just send me a message and I will do my best to rush it out quickly for you!

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:
• Orders are typically dispatched within a week to 10 days from the time they are received. If you need special handling to rush an order, please message me first.
• The shipping speed is determined by the postage option you select at checkout, in accordance with the guidelines of the US Postal Service.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as approximations and are not guaranteed, unless you opt for the 1-2 day priority express shipping upgrade during checkout.
• Delivery times commence once the package is handed over to the post office, rather than at the time of placing the order.
• Please be aware that any delays caused by the postal service are beyond my control and cannot be predicted. If you have a specific deadline for receiving your items, it is recommended to place your order well in advance.
• Kindly note that I cannot personally guarantee any delivery times, as they are subject to factors beyond my control.
Returns Policy:

• Here's the good news: I do accept returns - even for custom pieces - if there is a mistake on my part or a defect in workmanship. But don't worry, they're rare because my creations are made with love and care! If, by some unlikely chance, you receive a custom item that's defective, don't fret! I'll be more than happy to assist you with a return. However, please keep in mind that damage caused by mishandling from the shipper or customer isn't considered a defect. Let's work together to ensure your satisfaction!

Are Shipping Times Guaranteed?
Unfortunately, shipping times are beyond my control. It's important to consider the estimated shipping times provided by the carrier (most often – the post office). USPS does not guarantee specific delivery dates except for 1 and 2 day packages, and while I strive to ship orders promptly, I cannot control the exact arrival date of a package. Once the post office marks a package as delivered, I have limited control over the information available to me. If you encounter any issues with a delivery, I recommend reaching out to your local post office as they will have the most up-to-date information.
Can I Get A Return Shipping Label?
I understand the importance of a smooth return process. For return postage, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost. At this time, I do not provide return shipping labels unless the item was initially defective. To ensure a satisfactory purchase experience, I kindly recommend reviewing the item description carefully before making a purchase, specifically regarding sizes and quantities. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
How Much Will I Be Refunded?
I refund the item cost + tax. For items that were shipped with free shipping, any returns or exchanges will be subject to a deduction of the actual post office cost of shipping from the refunded amount, except for items that were received damaged. In order to verify the damage and potentially file a claim with the post office, I kindly require that you provide photos of both the damaged item and the packaging ASAP. This will assist in ensuring a fair resolution. If the packaging was damaged during transit, a picture prior to opening can make things move much quicker. If you have any further questions or need assistance with the return process, please don't hesitate to let me know.
I Didn't Get My Package, Can I Get A Refund?
If you haven't received your package but the post office has marked it as delivered, it is recommended that you reach out to the post office to inquire about the delivery location. They have access to GPS data from their scanners, which allows them to determine the exact address where the package was delivered. If an error occurred, they should be able to assist you in locating or retrieving the package. However, if the package was indeed delivered to your address according to their records, the post office may not be able to provide further assistance.
In cases where a package was delivered to your address but you are unable to locate it, I am unable to offer a refund. That is between you and the carrier. It is advisable to file a stolen mail report with both the post office/carrier and your local police. This will help authorities track incidents of mail theft and identify any potential patterns. Please inform me if you find yourself in this situation so that I am aware of the circumstances.
If the package was not delivered according to the tracking information or there is no record of it being received, please contact me, and I will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
