Due to their handmade nature, it is recommended to hand wash these items. Avoid the use of a dishwasher, oven, or microwave, and be sure to wash, rinse, and dry promptly without extended soaking. Allow the item to cure for a recommended 3 days before starting the hand washing routine.

Feeling inspired to solve this issue, I created a personalized Christmas ornament for her and shared it on my website. The positive response led me to start a local business, and soon after, I expanded to the e-commerce community and left my corporate management job.
