CUSTOM PAINT COLOR CONSULTATION - 10 ROOMS
Need help finding the right paint colors and combinations for your home? Are you at your wit's end looking at paint chips and trying to find the best color combination for your home? Let a professional Interior Designer assist you and recommend paint colors and take the guesswork out of paint color selection!
This listing is for a whole house paint color consultation – up to ten rooms. Your consultation deliverable will include paint color placement and options with the paint brand name and color codes that you can take to your local paint store. Your paint color recommendations will be sent to you within 4 business days of receipt of your design questionnaire and photos.
DESIGN PROCESS Ready to start? Here is what happens after you place your order: Upon placing your order, you will receive confirmation which includes my downloadable design questionnaire.
▪▪The questionnaire helps me learn about you and your design needs. I would like to learn about your style and color preferences and wishes for your design. I want to have a good understanding of exactly what you need and what look you would like to achieve with your paint color consultation.
▪▪The step is an extremely important part of the design process. The information that you submit allows me to get to know you and your home, giving the details I need to provide you with paint colors that work for your needs and a look you will love.
▪▪The last step is to provide pictures of your rooms; I will need at least four clear photos of each room. If you have a copy of your home’s floorplan or the ability to sketch one, it would be helpful to see how each of the rooms we are working on relates to each other.
If you are looking for a little less, I offer semi-custom paint color palettes. These are ideal if you are comfortable placing the colors within your home yourself and just need a cohesive color scheme. My most memorial design moments always centered around color! Working as a young assistant in an architecture firm, I was often given the task of selecting exterior color palettes.
Years later, when I appeared on HGTV’s Designers’ Challenge, the outtakes (okay - bloopers) I repeatedly said the name of the wall color which was “Roasted Sesame Seed” as “Roasted Sesame Street”. My first-time mom brain was mixed up and the color name was cut during editing. Years later, I would know when the episode aired again as my inbox would fill with the same question – what is the name of the paint color in the design?
Color has always been the connective thread of my career!
