Hi! My name is Dorothy Caroline Koon and I am the owner of Dorothy K's Customs. I am located in North Mississippi and also own a florist here. I have been in love with crafts from an early age and truly enjoy making them for others. I strive to use the best materials available to me. Shop Policies

Due to the nature of handmade and customized items I sell there is a no refunds policy in place. If on receiving your item and it is damaged I will need pictures of the item sent to me before I can send out a new item for you.
