This one was a nice surprise! wasn’t expecting the birds eye clusters. But that’s not all this one was turned down the center of the branch showing off the growth rings on the inside. I lost count after 40. size 2.25" x 3.5"

How it’s Made
When making bowls I prefer the twice turned method. This means that I turn the wood green and then dry it for up to a year. during that time the grain will relax and then I will turn it again and apply finish. Wood is an Organic material that is constantly moving. This process means that the bowl will be more stable and hold its shape better. All of my bowls are coated with food safe linseed oil and bees wax.
