About this Product

This stitch marker set of cute jellyfish is made with pretty enamel charms with a touch of glitter. These stitch markers are lightweight pieces with your choice of attachments.

Meet the Maker

My Journey

Karen’s Hobby Room was officially founded in December 2016.  This is after many years of having my own creative space beginning when I was young and learning sewing and crocheting alongside my mother.  Over the years, my desire to learn and grow creatively has led me into several very different mediums such as card making, jewelry making, acrylic painting, sewing, cake decorating, and much more.

By day, I’m a systems administrator and have been working with computers for as long as I can remember.  Working in the tech field has given me a logical process similar to that of an engineer and this has enhanced my creativity in the craft room to work outside the box.

When I’m not working or creating, my hobbies include competitive archery and keeping up with my four cats.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to me, so please contact me within 48 hours of receipt of your item if you are not satisfied with your purchase so we can resolve the problem.

Send me a message first before returning anything!

If the item is damaged, send me a message with several pictures of the packaging as you received it and of the damaged item(s) as proof of damage so I can file a claim with the post office.

If I messed up and sent the wrong thing or the products are not as described in the original listing, then I will offer an exchange or refund, but you need to contact me first.

Returns for any other reason besides damage will exclude original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee and must then be mailed within 10 days of the date you received the ok from me to return. When I have received the items back in good condition, I will issue the refund.

Exchanges are subject to availability of materials and will incur a 10% restocking fee plus shipping of the new item(s).

In short, if you need to return or exchange anything from your order:

  1. Send me an email describing the issue and include any pictures of both outside packaging and product.
  2. Package everything including the product(s) back in the bags and box securely to ensure their safe return.
  3. Seal the box and if I sent a return label, print and securely attach to the outside of the bag or box.  If this is a return or exchange, take the box to the post office and pay and affix the label with the return address information I provided.
  4. Send it on its way.

Shipping Information

Many of my products are made-to-order, so I need time to assemble your order after receipt. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless otherwise discussed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders will be shipped with tracking via USPS using Ground Advantage Package services, Priority Flat Rate, or Ground Advantage Cubic, depending on the order’s size and weight.

Please note that ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for USPS delays while your package is in transit, nor lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at check-out. Please see our FAQs for helpful suggestions for package delivery.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

I highly recommend signing up for notifications and alerts on the USPS.com website approximately 48 hours AFTER you have received the tracking number. This will allow you to have the same visibility I do in where your package is while in transit.

If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable amount of time of receiving your shipping confirmation email and you’ve checked the USPS website for information, please reach out to me with your name and order number via the contact form, and we’ll figure out what to do next.
