To legally be able to sell any product using another company's logo, that item needs to be licensed by the owner of the logo. We are very strict about only selling our products through legal channels and giving credit to the company that owns the product. Therefore, we do pay royalties to the owner and those fees are calculated into our costs.

We source quality blank products from highly reputable manufacturers. Once we complete our exclusive licensed designs, they are transformed into a vibrant transfer which is permanently heat-applied to the product.

Apparel:
Since our products are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your item. But trust me, it will be worth the wait! Because we make these especially for you, we do not allow returns, so please check the sizing and be sure you are ordering the correct product. We create our items carefully and precisely to ensure the product meets our strict expectations. By all means, if on the odd chance there is an issue with your item, please reach out and we will do whatever we can to make it right.
Personalized Photo Albums:
These items are custom made and therefore we do not offer returns. You will be given the chance to approve your design before production begins.
