To cancel your order, email info@jarijadecreations.com with "Cancel Order/Order Number" in the subject line within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the cancellation is processed, a full refund will be issued. Please allow 8-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Policy:
Personalized items are not eligible for returns.
Non-personalized items have a 1-day return window from the delivery date.
Returns must be shipped back to us by mail.
A 75% restocking fee will be applied to all non-personalized item returns.
Returns are only accepted if the reason for the return is due to our error.
In these cases, we will promptly replace the item at no cost to you.

Embroidery Patch Application:

Prepare: Ensure the fabric is clean and dry. Iron it to remove wrinkles.
Prepping the Patch: Remove the paper backing and place the adhesive side in the desired location (Note: Adhesive won't adhere to nylon).
Ironing: Cover the patch with a cloth and iron on high for 10-15 seconds, using caution to avoid burns.
