We accept all major credit cards through Stripe, GoImagine’s secure payment system. Payment must be completed before you receive access to any digital files or your physical order is processed.
Digital Download Policy
Instant Downloads: All designs are available as instant downloads once payment is confirmed. You will receive a link to download your files directly from GoImagine.
File Formats: Our designs are provided in high-resolution PNG format unless otherwise specified.
Usage Rights: You are purchasing a license to use the designs for personal or commercial projects. You may use these designs to create physical products for sale. Redistribution or resale of the digital files themselves is prohibited.
Physical Product Policy
Processing Time: Our typical processing time for physical products is 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer.
Shipping: We offer standard shipping through various carriers. Shipping times will vary based on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges for physical products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Digital products are non-refundable.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you encounter any issues with your download or file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will be happy to assist you.
Physical Products: We accept returns and exchanges for physical products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
AI Design Policy
Use of AI: We use AI as one of the tools in our design process. However, AI-generated designs are never used directly from prompt to sell. All AI-assisted designs are significantly altered and perfected by our team to ensure quality and originality.
Compliance: This practice is in full compliance with GoImagine’s policies. We have confirmed this in advance with GoImagine to ensure our adherence to their guidelines.
Customization Policy
We do not offer custom digital designs at this time. However, we are always open to suggestions for future designs. Feel free to contact us with your ideas. Custom physical products may be available upon request.
