Shop Policies
All items are handmade with love (and caffeine), so processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on how wild, life is being. Orders ship USPS with tracking, and once your package leaves my hands, delivery drama is between you and the mail gods. Because home fragrance and body products are personal-use items, I don’t accept returns or exchanges (we’re clean, not crazy) — but if something arrives damaged or not quite right, message me within 3 days with photos and I’ll fix it. Cancellations are cool if requested within 2 hours, but after I start making or packing your goodies, it’s too late to hit undo. Custom scents, labels, and gift sets are totally a thing — payment upfront and turnaround discussed before I create your masterpiece. If the package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, or if the shipping address was entered incorrectly, USPS will need to be your first stop before I can help further. Ingredients are always listed in product descriptions, so please check for allergens before buying — I’m not responsible for sensitivities or misuse (don’t eat the wax, please).
