About this Product
This scarf is incredibly soft to the touch, is made of 100% acrylic yarn, and is easy to care for (machine wash and tumble dry low). It measures at approximately 62 1/2" long and 4 3/4" wide. The main color is an off-white/cream color, and it is speckled with black, grey, and brown. This scarf will add a sense of cozy tranquility to your autumn, winter, and spring wardrobe. It can be easily dressed up or down, but one thing is for certain - you will be warm when you wear it! (If you look at the photos, you'll see that Tim Colada, the happiest pineapple ever, is overjoyed to be modeling this scarf for you!)
This scarf was handknitted from an actual skein of yarn by two human hands holding knitting needles. No machines were involved in any way. As such, some imperfections attributed to handknitted items can be expected - and that's part of the point! Even if I make another scarf using this same pattern and yarn, there will never be another exactly like this one.

All of the art on the shop is made over a series of days, and each piece is a one-of-a-kind - there are no duplicates.

How it’s Made
When I knit, I usually start with deciding on a pattern. I spend a lot of time hemming and hawing and agonizing over what pattern to choose, but when I finally find the right one, I get right to the next part: picking out the yarn. From the yarn material to the color to the weight, I make sure to choose exactly the yarn that I want for the project, then I retrieve the correct size needles from my ever-growing collection, start knitting, regret not making a swatch, undo my work, and start over. Then, after many hours of my knitting needles clicking and clacking against each other as I try to keep track of which row I'm currently knitting (and did I just accidentally knit when I should have purled?), finally I am able to cast off and finish my knitting project! Lastly, I take lots of pictures and create my listing on GoImagine!
Shop Policies
All items produced and sold by Fox and Ivy Crafts are handmade and individually unique. As such, there may be imperfections associated with handmade products - this is a feature, not an error, and proves that the item is indeed handmade. Requests for refunds based on these imperfections will not be accepted. However, if an item has been damaged during shipping to your provided address, please reach out to us and we will work with you to rectify the matter.
If an item you previously saw has sold, that individual item is no longer available. If you wish to purchase an item similar to that one, please send us a message and we will work with you to ensure you get the item you desire. Any items produced based off of previously sold items are not guaranteed to be exactly the same as said previously sold items. In fact, they are guaranteed to be different, as each item is handcrafted with love and attention.
We do accept custom orders! Please reach out to us to inquire about your custom order. Some custom orders may not be feasible due to time constraints, item size, or complexity - in such cases, we will do our best to work with you to find a reasonable solution or, in the case that there is not one, try to find another creator for you who might be able to do so.
Prices listed on for-sale items are non-negotiable. Custom order prices are determined upon mutual agreement on the scale and complexity of the ordered item.
