About this Product

Sometimes you can turn mistakes into something new.  I tried another design with this flashy green labradorite stone, and in the process, I chipped two corners.  Since it’s a pretty little stone, I gave it an apology, some filing, and repurposed it into this wrap (called chaos) which hides the chip on the upper right side under a quartz bead flower.  Labradorite is said to enhance intuition and balance energy.  It is supposed to be good for people who have a habit of overworking (perhaps why it is one of my favorites).   Quartz represents clarity and spiritual growth. Priced reasonably to consider the slight damage to the stone.

You can see a video of the pendant, which shows the flash of the labradorite, on my Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/reel...

The pendant itself is about 1 ¾ nches (about 4.5 cm) long.  It comes with a copper chain that adjusts from 18 to 20 inches.

The pendant has a non-tarnish coating to protect the finish. If you avoid getting it wet, the coating will last longer. If it wears off over time, you can use the polishing cloth I included in the box.

If something happens to your pendant, please feel free to contact me via GoImagine or by sending an email to cobaltdragonflyart@gmail.com.  If you return the item to me (at your cost) I will do my best to repair and return it to you at no additional cost to you.

Meet the Maker

I got in trouble for doodling mandalas at school, even though I didn’t know the word “mandala” at the time. I love to create art and jewelry, sometimes drawing on spiritual traditions such as the paganism of my ancestors in Lithuania.

I’ve never met a craft I didn’t like, but wire weaving jewelry is my favorite.  I am fascinated by different stones, their colors, patterns, their shimmer or flash, and their symbolism. When I start working with a stone, I visualize and sketch the style of setting that feels right. Then I have fun figuring out how to connect all the elements.  The actual process of weaving is both meditative and deeply satisfying.

It is always my hope that after a piece comes together, the wearer will feel some of the joy I felt in the creative process.
