Getting your order to you is extremely important and taken seriously.
Damage: If your order comes to you damaged, please send me a photo of your damaged package/product. Once I receive the message, you may ask for either a refund or a replacement depending if the type of item is limited or not.
Lost: If your order gets lost please let me know. Depending on the circumstance, I will send you a replacement or refund.
