Meet the Maker
I founded Dreamy Jwls in 2007, and it is a fresh and cutting-edge jewelry line. In the beginning, I made necklaces, earrings and bracelets out of wire-wrapped with semi precious gemstones. Later, I started incorporating reclaimed brass and copper metals into my designs. Unfortunately, a surgery in 2016 forced me to suspend my business.
Now that I have rediscovered my love for jewelry creation in 2022, I am beyond excited to be relaunching a new collection. I can't help but feel the urge to produce lovely and unique works, and I can't wait to share them with you who are one of a kind too.

Cancellations, Returns, & Exchanges
We do not accept cancellations on orders. We do accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery; we ask that you contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate the return process and send the item(s) back in the original packaging within 10 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping is not included in any refunds issued. Returns are processed within 1-3 business days of the item arriving back to me.
Regarding ring size:
Please send the correct size with in your purchase. the best way to get an accurate size for your finger is to have your finger measured with a metal wide band (wedding band) ring sizer at a jewelry store.
Care Instructions
In order for your jewelry to provide years of happiness, it has to be treated with kindness. To help you with this, we provide a polishing cloth and care instructions with each of our jewelry pieces.
Sterling silver is a mixture of metals that can react with chemicals found in air and produce tarnish. High moisture levels, exposure to sunlight, & contaminants such as salt water or cosmetics will cause discoloration.
All finishes wear with time. Dark finishes can be maintained at home by using a liver of sulfur gel or by using hard boiled eggs (tutorials online).
However, we understand that problems occur and accidents happen, and we are happy to help. If you find yourself needing help or a repair on your jewelry, please contact us!
Payment:
We accept credit card payments through Stripe. Goimagine nor Dreamy Jwls have access to your credit card information.
Shipping:
Important Announcement - Though we still mail your purchase within our normal time frame, mail is taking longer than the Post Office estimated times listed below to arrive at their destination. Some packages are taking up to 2 weeks during Holidays, some are arriving within scheduled times, depending on which sorting facility the package is routed through.
Currently we are shipping in the United States only. We use the United States Postal Services (USPS) Priority Flat rate and USPS First class Mail with tracking. We ship to the address listed on your Goimagine account, so please make sure it is updated and correct (if checking out as a guest, we will use the address provided with the order). Your purchase will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days of cleared payment. If additional time is needed, you will be contacted.
Priority Flat Rate packages normally will take 2 o 3 days to reach their destination and USPS.
Once the package has been received by the post office, you can be able to track your purchase.
