This is a custom made Steampunk Top Hat with dragon skeleton clutching a skull in its mouth. Other skulls litter among the flowers at its feet. Brass gears are scatter around the brase chain keeping the dragon on its perch. A sprinkle of burgundy, rose, blue, orange, and tan flowers soften the grim scene. A wide sparkling ribbon make a band and bow giving it a finishing touch on the felt finished hat.
