Hand crocheted lap blanket approximately 32" x 48". Cranberry red in color of OEKO TEX certified acrylic yarn. The texture is "squishy" owing to the waffle weave stitch. I give credit to Winding Road Crochet for her great little pattern that I used to crochet this oh so comfy lap blanket. You'll want to roll this up and carry it with you everywhere; whether to the living room or the football stadium. It even makes a great little floor blanket. great for a gift or a little splurge for yourself!

Dirndl Girl Crochet: Crochet (and more) handcrafted locally in the great state of Texas. I was predisposed to crochet based on the number of my grandmothers and great-grandmothers who carried on the time honored tradition of crochet and other needlecrafts. My interest is in all things vintage but I've kicked it up a notch with some modern twists. Some of my items for sale are from my own pattern creation and others are from independent designer's patterns as noted. All items are from my own handiwork. How it’s Made
I hand crocheted this nifty little lap blanket here in Lubbock, Texas. I chose this particular yarn for this project because of its 'soft hand' and because it is OEKO TEX certified making it safe even for babies. The designer of the pattern I used is Winding Road Crochet. The blanket is super soft and squishy and is washable in warm water and mild soap. Machine dry low or dry flat. I've used this particular pattern before and it doesn't disappoint!
