If you have an issue with your order please email the following information:

2. Please describe the problem with your order and include a photo of the product in the original packaging and unopened. If you believe this is damage from the transit process please include a photo of the shipping box and a description of the condition it arrived in. After the first photo, open the package and photograph the contents.
3. Please provide a phone number to reach you and our customer service team will reach out to you personally to rectify your issue with a store credit.
If your shipment gets sent back to us for whatever reason and you still want it, you are obligated to pay FULL shipping and a reshipment fee to have it reshipped. We will send an invoice to the provided email for the exact shipping. We will not refund your order if it gets sent back for any reason.
