A cheerful red tote for your daily runs or just because. An original piece inspired by the 1" square quilt which became the generous front pocket. 100% cotton interior and exterior, with synthetic webbing shoulder straps.

Welcome to my shop, so happy you stopped by! Sewing is my happy place, and I enjoy the art and craft of making bags, clothes and gift items. My products are sewn from patterns or from my own inspired ideas. My wish for you is to find an item that you like for its form and function that serves you well. Enjoy!
How it’s Made
Thank you for checking out my tote! I was inspired by the 1" block and my personal experience with totes, with a nod to Washington state.
The exterior was sewn with denim, the quilt made from quilting cotton, and the interior uses cotton with a monotone Washington-themed print.
The tiny blocks scattered around the exterior zippered pocket play off of the quilted block.
The pockets were designed and placed with practicality in mind: The exterior zippered pocket easily holds a smart phone, the slip pocket inside is for easy access to things that might otherwise fall to the bottom of the bag, and the cardholder pocket was inspired by my Costco runs, wanting to have my cards easily available.
I make most of my bags with a lighter colored interior because it makes for finding things easier.
I personally like zippered totes for the peace of mind that what I put in there will likely stay in there. If it falls upside down, most things will stay intact.
And I designed the bottom to hold the dimensions of at least 2 x liter bottles, a regular grocery item on my list.

Shipping
All shipping is USPS Ground Advantage. If you want an earlier delivery, select Priority shipping.
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, dropped off at a USPS facility.
Orders are delivered by USPS, and USPS estimates delivery times.
Packaging
Products will be shipped in at least one layer of plastic (envelope or plastic bag) to guard against unforeseen exposure to the elements.
Products may be folded to minimize its size for shipping; when you get the product, simply open it up and start using to work out any fold lines.

Repairs
I will repair the product, e.g., broken seams, within the first 30 days of receipt.
Please contact me first to describe the repair needed, so I know what to expect.
The customer is to return the product at their expense.
I will repair and send back the product at my expense.
Allow 2 weeks for me to receive, repair and ship the product back out to you.
