This necklace features a beautiful, beaded bead, and if you look real closely, you can see the Amazonite gemstone bead that has been encased in a beaded cage of translucent green beads and 10 strands per bead of added fringe for some flirty fun! The addition of the gemstone beads adds some weight to the necklace, helping it to lay evenly when wearing. This necklace can be worn multiple ways due to its length of 41 inches. It can be worn in a soft knot, it can be draped around the neck once, or can be worn open style with both ends draping softly around the neck. You can easily change the look of your necklace just by wearing it a new and different way each time! The matching earrings are also made from the same beaded Amazonite gemstone and measure approx. 1 1/2 inches long.

How it’s Made
Beautiful Amazonite gemstone beads are encased in a beaded cage that I beaded first to hold each bead. Once the cage was made, the Amazonite gemstone bead was inserted into the cage, stitching it closed and then adding ten strands of beaded fringe at the bottom of each beaded cage. I've included a photo of the bead inserted into the cage prior to closing. The rope part of the necklace was then strung on a fine beading wire for strength and durability. Both necklace and earrings are made with the same beautiful Amazonite gemstone bead which is slightly visible through the open weaved cage.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
Most, if not all, of my pieces are made with glass beads that can be easily broken or chipped.
Please be mindful to avoid dropping your jewelry or knocking it against hard surfaces as I use glass beads in most all of my work and are breakable.
My jewelry sets are sold as sets. If you do not wear earrings, they can make beautiful & thoughtful gifts!
Silver metal components can tarnish over time, or when exposed for long periods of time to the elements. I provide complimentary anti-tarnish tabs and cleaning cloths in all orders to help keep your silver components looking like new. Please know none of my metal components are treated in any way to prevent common discoloration.
