Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

• We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. 1 We will notify you if there is a significant delay.  

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers:

• We offer various shipping methods, which will be presented to you during the checkout process. These may include standard, expedited, and other options depending on your location and the item(s) ordered.

• We primarily use USPS.

• The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select and your location. You will be able to view estimated delivery times during checkout.

3. Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, as well as the shipping method selected.

• The applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

• We may offer free shipping on orders that meet certain criteria. If applicable, this will be clearly communicated on our website.

4. Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently ship to addresses within USA, Mexico, Canada, and other part of Central and South America.

• Please be aware that some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on their nature or destination. We will notify you if we are unable to ship a particular item to your address.

• We do not ship to a P.O. Boxes in all cases.

5. Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.  

• You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.  

6. Lost or Damaged Packages:

• We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

• If your package arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

• If your package is lost, please contact us after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, and we will assist you in initiating a search with the carrier.

Refund Policy - 10 Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it for a refund within 10 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:  

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• The item(s) must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order via EMAIL .

• Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

• Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return, including the return shipping address if applicable.

3. Return Shipping:

• Unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring your return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.  

4. Inspection and Processing of Returns:

• Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.  

• Please allow 3-5 business from the date we receive your return for it to be processed.

• We will notify you via email once your return has been inspected and processed.

5. Refund Method:

• If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

• The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.

6. Exchanges:

 "We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order."  

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the damage or defect.  

• We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include, repair, or full refund (including original shipping costs).  

8. Incorrect Items:

• If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

• We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at our expense.

For ALL products shipped internationally

We do not offer refunds or replacements for international shipments. This policy is in place for several reasons:

• International shipping can be unpredictable, and we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages .

• The cost of international shipping is often significantly higher than domestic shipping, and we cannot absorb the cost of reshipping or refunding international orders.

• Due to the distance involved, international shipments are typically subject to greater wear and tear, increasing the likelihood of damage during transit.

• If international shipments are subjected to customs exams, these are out of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages from these processes.
