Delicately crafted cake knife and server set made from either solid walnut(dark wood) or maple(light wood). Personalize the cake knife, server, or both for a memorable showpiece for years to come. This set is shaped by hand and sanded down giving a comfortable grip and an easy cut for soft items like cake.
All cake sets are made by us from lumber we purchase locally and sanded multiple times to provide the smoothest product. We offer the option of sending a proof prior to laser engraving your item. See below for details.

DETAILS:
-Walnut (dark wood) | Maple (light wood)
-Dimensions for server: 11” X 2.75” X 0.50” Dimensions for knife: 12.25” X 1.75”, 0.25” knife blade, 0.75” knife handle.
-Hand wash only. Finish with a food grade non-rancid oil such as mineral oil or our Areo Butter.
***ENGRAVING INFORMATION:***
NAME: Please provide the name or letters with the correct spelling and punctuation you want personalized on the set. If you selected "both", please specify what you want on each item. We can add a phrase/saying up to 5 words.
DATE: If you would like the date/year engraved, please enter it exactly how you would like it shown. Include if you would like it to say "Established" or "Est".
PROOF: Would you like us to send a proof of the personalization prior to engraving? *Keep in mind this may delay the process since we will not proceed without you confirming.*. If you would like a proof, please provide the preferred way to contact you with the information.
FINISHING:
-Unfinished: The cake set without anything added to it after sanding and engraving are complete.
-Mineral Oil: The cake set will be coated with organic mineral oil purchased from a small business in the USA. It is left to soak overnight and then buffed to bring out the grain and color of the wood.
-Areo Butter: The cake set will be coated in our own special butter that consists of local honey, organic mineral oil, and lemon essential oil from a small business in NC. It is left to soak overnight and then buffed for the ultimate shine and seal. Our butter has the benefits of mineral oil and more.
