You send me the highest quality photo that you can. I will convert it over to my laser and send you a proof. Once you approve the proof then I will engrave it on my laser and mail it out to you.

SHOP POLICIES
Processing time:
Processing times vary depending on item. I try to ship within 5-7 days of order, but sometimes may take a day or 2 longer. I will message if there will be a delay.
Shipping Policies:
SHIPPING POLICY: Shipping is sent by USPS. I am not responsible for any delays after item has shipped. If your item has been marked "delivered" but has not arrived, please file a 'lost package' claim with your Post Office.
RETURN POLICY:
I do not generally accept returns, but there are exceptions:
If an item is delivered broken by no fault of the buyer(damaged during shipping), buyer may be eligible for a refund. I will require photographs of the packaging and item in order to issue a refund.
