About this Product
This is a lovely pair of lavender or pink amethyst earrings featuring faceted 9 x 7 mm amethyst oval gemstones set in sterling silver bezel settings and wire wrapped with sterling silver wire. They dangle from a handmade, sterling silver hook ear wires and measure 1 1/8 inches long from the top of the ear wires by 3/8 inches wide. The faceted gemstones will grab the light as you move, drawing the eye to your face.

How it’s Made
I made these earrings by first setting and securing the amethyst gemstones in the sterling silver bezel settings. After forming the top loop, I wrapped the top of the settings with 26 gauge sterling silver wire. Then using 20 gauge sterling silver wire, I formed the shepherd's hook ear wire and attached the drops to the ear wires.
