NagihanDesigns offers large heating pouches filled with natural flaxseed, which can be heated in the microwave to create a comforting warmth. These flaxseed pouches are constructed from 100% cotton and are filled with approximately 1.7 to 1.8 pounds (800 grams) of flaxseed. When heated, they release a soothing heat produced by 40% of the flaxseed oil content, making them perfect for relieving aches and pains.
These pouches are designed with hygiene in mind and come with removable and washable covers for easy cleaning and maintenance. Both the cover and pouch measure approximately 9x9 inches. You can wash the pouch cover with similar colors in the washing machine or opt for hand washing, followed by flat drying and ironing once it's dry.
The natural warmth of the flaxseed provides a soothing experience on its own, but you also have the option to indulge in a touch of luxury by adding dried lavender to the pouch, enhancing the relaxation of your self-care routine. These heating pads are not only great for relaxation but also effective for alleviating conditions such as menstrual cramps, arthritis, fibromyalgia, hot flashes, muscle cramps, or spasms.
Instructions:
- To heat the pouch, place it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds initially. If you desire more warmth, continue heating in 30-second increments until you reach your preferred temperature (the incremental timing is for safety reasons).
- For cooling purposes, put the pad in a sealed Ziplock bag and place it in the freezer for a few hours or until it reaches your desired cooling temperature.

Hello There,
My name is Nagihan and I'm the designer behind NagihanDesigns. I am also a proud mother of two beautiful girls. My two daughters, in fact, work with me regarding customer service, photography, and social media. My educational background is in fashion design and Interior Design. I have a Masters Degree in fashion designing.( I love knitting and crocheting) I've always loved designing and making things with my bare hands. I like unique and fashionable items that are both functional and practical.
My inspiration mainly comes from texture and color. I love to play around with these two aspects and using them to have contrast in my products.
I strongly believe that handmade items, especially those created with natural materials, carry positive energy about them. I would only hope that this positive energy I hope to weave into my every stitch carries to the owners of my products.
All my products are designed from the start to finish handmade by me, in my pet and smoke-free home studio in Maryland.
I use my own patterns and use a variety of designer fabrics.
