Meet the Maker
I am a disabled, stay at home mom. My passion is sewing, and soap making. I started making soaps, body butters and salves when my daughter was an infant. She had severe eczema and everything seemed to irritate her. After trying all of the commercial fixes, the only thing that worked was a prescription steroid, which over time, is not a good option. I got to work on finding her an everyday solution that we could all live with.
After finding basic recipes and learning better ways to process, I began tweaking until I found a recipe that worked. They made her skin soft, she didn't break out in eczema and it kept her skin moisturized. That basic recipe is the basis for all of the square soaps in my shop today. They may be different scents and colors, but they all begin with the same base recipe.
All of the soaps with wavy tops are from a different base and while great for normal skin, it can be harsher on very sensitive skin. This base is in line with many soaps on the market today.
Shop Policies
Soap is returnable only if it is not opened. To start a return, please contact me to make arrangements.
Body butter, bath salts, and sugar scrubs cannot be returned since there is no way to determine tampering or usage.
