• Quality Assurance: All soaps are handmade with high-quality, sustainably-sourced ingredients. We always purchase the organic or 100% natural ingredient(s) through responsible and reputable wholesalers.  Each batch is tested for consistency, effectiveness, and ph balance.

• Ingredients: A detailed list of ingredients for each soap type is available on the packaging and our website. Customers with allergies or sensitivities should review these lists carefully before purchasing.

2. Purchasing and Ordering

• Purchases: Customers can buy our soaps directly from our online shop around the clock.  Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination.

• Delivery Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time varies based on location.

• Tracking: All shipped orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to the customer upon dispatch.

4. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns & Refunds: Returns or refunds for our soaps are not available due to cross-contamination, i.e. COVID or other contagious diseases.  However, a replacement for mail-damaged items will be sent immediately upon receiving an email and image of damage via support@victorialilysoaps.com. Products damaged by pets. children or mishandling will not be considered.

9. Health, Safety & Storage

• Product Use: Customers are advised to use soaps as directed. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

• Storage: Soaps should be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year from receiving. Allow your soap to dry out completely after each use to maintain their quality and longevity.  Handmade soaps can quickly deteriorate or “melt” away under a constant flood of shower spray or left in a puddle of water.  They need to be placed in a soap dish away from water sources that allow air to flow around the soap to help them reharden and dry out completely.
