About this Product
The Lavender Rose Herbal Salve contains:
sunflower and avocado oil (infused with lavender, rose petals/buds, and calendula)
kokum butter
beeswax
lavender and geranium essential oils
All of our salves come in a 2-ounce reusable tin.
How to use our herbal salves:
With an applicator or a clean finger, apply a small amount where needed. A little goes a long way. Applying too much will cause the product to take a bit longer to absorb into the skin.

Payments
All orders placed online (including local pickups and deliveries) pay via credit/debit card. Orders are processed once payment has cleared.
Returns/Exchanges
If you’re not happy with your item(s) for any reason, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order, for a refund (excluding shipping charges). Free shipping is provided.
If your item(s) arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, I offer free exchanges. Please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order. A free return shipping label will be provided. Item(s) must be returned before an exchange will be made.
Shipping
Orders placed will be chipped out within 3-5 business days after payment approval. All items are shipped via USPS first class. Packages usually arrive within 7-10 business days, once shipped. But there are no guarantees on arrival date, once it’s accepted into the USPS system.
All orders are shipped with tracking and customers will receive a copy of the tracking number once their order ships.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering. A full refund will be given within this time frame. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and you’ll have to initiate a return if you no longer want or need the item(s).
Heat/Melting
The salves, candles, and wax melts may soften or melt in hot temperatures. They should firm back up after cooling. If you live in a hot area in the summer, it is recommended to watch tracking so you know when your package will arrive, so it doesn’t sit in a hot mailbox.
