About this Product

Help your team stand out with a customized gift! We specialize in crafting custom promotional designs, accessories, and swag that are sure to boost your team's morale! Let us help you "leave an impression" with a personalized design just for you and your teammates!

You'll receive a watermarked, digital mock-up within 2-3 business days for approval. We allow a grace period of 2 calendar days for approval. Please check your messages promptly to approve or decline your mock-up. Final product will be sent to you via email.

HOW TO ORDER:

  1. Choose your swag

  2. Choose your colors (4 max). You can select primary colors or provide a color sample such as a picture or palette. I will do my best to match colors. Colors will be sent to you in mockups for approval prior to final design.

  3. Add your personalization.

    1. Please provide team name and sport

    2. Up to four lines of text to be added to design (e.g. date, event title, etc.).

      1. Keep in mind amount of information to be listed; the too much information added to the design can lead to a crowded or "busy" logo.

  4. Once approved, your order will be processed and shipped.

Once your design is approved or the approval window closes, orders are shipped within 3 to 7 Business Days. Onesie(s) may take an additional 3-7 business days to arrive once they are shipped! Please contact me if you need an order sooner.

If you need your gift sooner, please message me as I am sure we can work something out! It may require an Overtime Fee (aka RUSH Fee). Since we try to honor all of our client's needs, we do not allow anyone to skip the line. Instead if there is an urgent need for an order to be completed, we will work overtime to accommodate a client's request.  

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: To keep your garment looking its best we recommend turning the garment inside out before washing. Machine Wash COLD & HANG DRY.

COLOR DISCREPANCIES: Please understand that all computer and mobile devices portray colors differently. Some make items appear darker and some lighter. If you are unsure of which color option will best fit your needs, contact us and we will do our best to meet your expectations.

All our work is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and tailored to suit your business's branding needs, making our unique gift designs the ideal choice for branding and promotional gear. We prioritize top-quality design and customer satisfaction and we only use reputable design programs, premium equipment and the highest quality materials.

Shop Policies

Unless explicitly stated in the listing, all designs and products we sell are made-to-order.

Most items will be made and shipped 1-2 weeks after payment.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt of payment. If for some reason this cannot be done, we will contact you and let you know. We make every single piece ourselves; you are not getting factory-made, AI generated, or POD design or product.

Items are shipped in a bubble mailer envelope or USPS flat rate package. This flat-packing method saves considerable shipping costs.

International Customers Please Note – we are currently not shipping outside the United States.

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation!

However, please be aware that we don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping and we will not replace an item sooner than this.

 

Overtime Policy (rush orders)

We’ve instituted a fast-track fee for any customer who would like their order made faster than our regular turn-around time. If you would like to upgrade to fast-track (turn-around of 1-2 business days, rather than 7+), please contact us PRIOR to purchase.

The fee is $30 USD per design and starts at +$5 per product.

We instituted this fee because – to be fair to all our customers – we don’t allow any customer to ‘jump the queue’. Instead, if you need your order faster than normal, we actually work overtime hours to get it done.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs do vary depending on the item weight and your location.

However, you can see your full shipping cost in the cart prior to checkout.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a 10 day full refund for return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it.

However – please be aware that we cannot accept returns of custom orders (this includes designs). We also cannot accept returns of products that have been worn for health and safety reasons.

We want you to be happy with your order, and we will do whatever we can to work with you to sort out any issues! Return the non-custom product in the original condition, and we will refund the full price on receiving it back (excluding custom orders in accordance with the information below). We cannot accept responsibility for repaying postage and handling charges.

*How to Care for your custom printed clothing items*

For the first wash, wash with dark colors. Do NOT turn your shirt inside out. Machine wash cold. Do not wring. Do not iron design. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Hang to dry.

Please keep in mind that all items in this shop are completely handmade, and therefore some small imperfections may be present.

Hopefully, you will, as we do, see any small imperfection as part of what makes a personally hand-made item unique. After all, we are, none of us, perfect!
