While we do not offer refunds or replacements for shipping-related damages, we will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations Once an order is placed, we begin the shipping your process within three hours. Therefore, cancellations are not accepted after three hours of placing the order. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
