I'm a 59 year old disabled widow living in Columbus, OH and I have my little side kick, Pepper Doodle that stays right beside me helping me as I work. I offer ready to sell items, but my favorite thing to make is CUSTOM <3 - gives me a challenge to be able to make my customers visions come to life!
Shop Policies
Being that I only make custom orders and digital downloads - all sales are final. No refunds are given especially on a digital download item since the nature of them does not allow for me to remove the product from your devices. I send proofs all along the process and once these proofs are approved and the item is made the only way for a refund would be damage in shipment, manufacture defect or if item was substantially different than the proof that you approved. Custom items may vary slightly just due to them being made one at a time rather than by a machine that can duplicate over and over exactly the same. Colors may appear different from one screen to the next and I cannot do anything about that. Print items, such as sublimation transfers, I can not be held responsible if user does not correctly use them - instructions on use is available upon request.
