Each bracelet is handcrafted and constructed by artist Philip Crow. They are made from 4-6mm AAA Grade Moldavite and LIbyan Desert Glass faceted slice beads and 4mm Shungite beads mined from Russia with highest carbon content. The beads are strung on black, durable cord that allows an easy fit over the wrist and is tied in a triple knot with brass cover bead. Libyan Desert Glass, also known as Libyan Gold Tektite or Great Sand Sea Glass, is a unique and nearly pure silica tektite believed to have been created from a meteorite impact 26 million years ago (although this is highly debated due to no evidence of a physical impact). This occurred over the modern day Sahara Desert in what is now western Egypt and eastern Libya.
