Here's some important information about the processing and shipping:
-PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOM ITEMS: Because the products are created just for you soon after you complete your purchase, please allow 5-10 business days for your item to ship.
-PROCESSING TIME FOR READY-MADE ITEMS: You can expect your order to ship 1-3 business days after your purchase date. Shipping Time Disclaimer: While we do everything in my power to ensure a swift and efficient delivery, it's important to note that shipping times are not guaranteed. External factors, such as such as weather conditions or postal service issues, can occasionally affect delivery schedules. **Please note these times are different in the months of November & December due to the Holidays.
-TRANSIT TIMES:
Orders within the US are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and have an estimated delivery time of 1-10 business days depending on your location. This does not include the time is takes for us to process your order 1-3 days of ready made items and 5-10 days of custom orders, and does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times listed are “close” but not guaranteed- as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands (such as weather, the holiday season, etc). For this reason, we are not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted by the postal service.
-SHIPPING DELAYS:
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via private message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), please wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything I can to work with you towards a solution. If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to us. Once we receive your return order, we will request an edited address to re-ship your order. If re- shipment is due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.
-MISSING ORDERS:
If it seems that your order has been lost in the mail, we ask that you allow 7 extra days for your order to arrive, just in case it has been backed up in a sort facility. If after 7 days your tracking does not update/your order does not arrive, I will work with you toward a solution/ issue a refund/ send out a replacement order/ contact the postal service to locate your order.
-RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If you didn’t absolutely love your order, we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase after the item arrives back to us. Please message us via Etsy within 7 days of the item's arrival. We cover your return shipping back to us. Once the order has arrived and we have inspected it for damage/use/wear, we will issue a refund.
CUSTOM & PERSONALZIED: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personalized or custom orders. These orders cannot be resold, therefore, we ask that you please contact us with any questions before making a purchase.
-WRONG ITEMS OR INCORRECT CSUTOMIZATION:
We don’t goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect, please don’t hesitate to let us know within 7 days so that we can fix your order ASAP.
