Printing to fabric is an exciting addition to quilting, and there are 20 labels to choose from. And as we hear... It's not finished until it's signed, right?! As a quilter at heart for over 37 years, I know we stitch so much of ourselves in our Needlework. This is why I love to create a quilt label that presents what you want to relay to the one who receives your quilt.
• There can be a Quilt for Weddings, a New Home, Housewarming, and the list goes on.
Sharing the moment and by adding a sentiment, choosing your fonts showing the receiver you cared.
• Quilt labels may be hand applique along the top, machine sewn, or can be created as fusible applique.
Why Should I Have a Quilt Label?
1. A Quilt Label can note an occasion, the recipient(s), the date for the future, and the creator.
2. Should it be given in a raffle, a charity, or an organization a Quilt Label can show that important information. The date, occasion, exhibit, recipient, or creator will be there for future generations.
3. A Quilt Label adds that special touch that says you cared enough to personalize your heirloom.
• Simply import the label (may be cropped) into your favorite word processing program, choose your font, and create your text in the open area of the label, load the fabric sheet in the inkjet printer's correct side up or down and print.. labels can also be edited in Canva.
* Of course, you will need to have some knowledge of working with computer software.
Labels are sized to print onto a standard 8-1/2” x 11” printable fabric sheet using your own printer. (you will receive jpegs, which may be cropped and enlarged slightly)
There are various sizes and colors to coordinate with your quilts. Copy and save, and print as many times as you need.
Included in this file are:
6 Triangle Labels as jpegs (zip file) - 14 labels 4x6' and assorted as jpegs as (zip file) also a pdf zip file - (also a sentiments page, may be cropped as jpegs, or used just for inspiration.)

Hello everyone! My name is Ruth, and I'm a quilter, printer, and graphic illustrator. Before the pandemic, I was constantly busy with our printing business. I'm now retired and enjoying my love of quilting by creating quilt patterns and designs in printables. I love quilting, needlework of all types, reading, bowling, and football.
